Just watched a video of Gregg Allman singing Midnight Rider with Zac Brown Band from 07/14. The man is getting STRONGER. He sounds great.
I was a fool to worry about him. He is Gregg Allman, Warrior Rock God, forever infused with the spirit of his brother Duane.
I also dug the way the members of Zac Brown's band and Zac himself looked at Gregg with awe.
Goddamn I am totally psych-o-lated.
Unfortunately I don't believe I'll be seeing The Brothers live this year.
That SUCKS.
Hopefully I can entice them to the house for dinner on either August 7 or 8.
